property management firm focused on the operation and performance of residential and
commercial real estate. He leads the firm’s strategic direction, growth, and overall
portfolio performance.
Since founding Mint Asset Management in 2023, Alex has grown the company to
manage over 1,000 units across more than 21 residential and commercial buildings.
Under his leadership, the firm has established a strong reputation for reliable
operations, tenant-focused management, and consistent asset performance.
With over 15 years of experience in property management and real estate, Alex works
closely with developers, family offices, and private investors to support the long-term
success of their assets. His approach emphasizes strong execution, accountability, and
maintaining high operational standards across every property.
Alex is actively engaged in property management and real estate investment networks
across North America and serves on various industry boards and trade groups. He
holds a Bachelor of Economics from York University.
Vlad leads building operations at Mint Asset Management, overseeing maintenance and
operational performance across the firm’s portfolio. With over 25 years of experience,
he brings extensive expertise in property operations, building systems, and long-term
asset upkeep.
He is responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, with
a focus on reliability, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. Working closely with contractors,
tenants, and internal teams, he ensures that maintenance programs are executed
effectively and that buildings operate without disruption.
In his role, Vlad plays a key part in maintaining building standards, coordinating
preventative maintenance programs, and supporting the overall performance of each
asset. His experience across a wide range of property types allows him to manage
operations consistently and ensure properties are well-positioned over the long term.
Roi brings a strong background in business and real estate, shaped by both
international experience and deep family roots in the industry. After studying business in
college, he spent a year in Panama working alongside one of the country’s leading real
estate agencies, focusing on luxury properties and pre-construction developments.
Coming from a family with over 30 years of experience in real estate, Roi developed an
early understanding of property investment, client relations, and long-term asset
performance. At Mint Asset Management, he is involved in leasing across the portfolio,
working to fill vacancies, support tenant placement, and maintain strong occupancy
levels across both residential and commercial properties.
Roi works closely with prospective tenants and ownership groups to ensure a smooth
leasing process, with a focus on responsiveness, market awareness, and aligning each
asset with the right tenant profile.
Edite leads financial operations at Mint Asset Management, bringing over 15 years of
experience in finance, accounting, and property management.
With a strong track record in financial oversight and reporting, Edite is responsible for
managing the firm’s financial performance across its portfolio, including budgeting, rent
roll analysis, reconciliations, and accounts management. Her experience includes
auditing and reconciling complex financial records and ensuring accuracy and
transparency across all reporting.
Edite works closely with ownership groups, property managers, and tenants to maintain
clear financial communication and resolve issues efficiently. She also oversees
payables and receivables, helping to recover outstanding balances and maintain
consistent cash flow across the portfolio.
Her background in property management finance allows her to support operational
decisions with strong financial insight, ensuring each asset is managed with discipline
